Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

At CNWC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please review our return policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at store@cardinalnorthwellness.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your request to return and acceptance as long as elgibility terms are bet, we will send the RA number and address.


2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that all seals and tags are intact. 

Proof of Purchase: The customer may need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to facilitate the return process.


3. Return Process

Once you have obtained an RA number from our customer service team, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.


Refund Method: We will refund the original payment method or provide store credit, subject to our return investigation.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional charges or credits depending on the price difference between the exchanged items.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable. This is subject to a final inspection upon the receipt of item.


7. Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.


Exceptions: There may be certain items that are non-returnable or subject to different return conditions, such as clearance items or final sale items.
