CNWC utilizes humanistic psychology, pioneered by visionaries such as Abe Maslow, Rollo May, Carl Rogers, and Fritz Perls, emerged as a beacon of individualism in an era marked by societal conformity. Initially, the movement championed self-actualization and personal autonomy, challenging the constraints of social norms.
At Cardinal North Wellness, we believe in the inherent potential for growth and self-actualization within each individual. By embracing the principles of humanistic psychology in combination with modern perspectives such as those aligned with Brene Brown and Gabor Mate, to include evidenced-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR and different forms of Meditation.
Using these holistic therapies and other wellness tools, we guide our clients on a journey towards greater authenticity, fulfillment, and well-being.
