Another one-day workshop event led by author and professor. Walk away from this workshop with a rich draft of your mini-memoir. No prior experience is needed and all curious writers are welcome! This writing class will encourage you to create new fresh writing material, or to add to/work on a work in progress. This workshop will be held in the studio (Suite #133) in May 2025. Our Psychotherapists are licensed practitioners, eager to support you on your journey of enhanced mental and emotional well-being. Our therapists use a blend of person-centered, evidenced-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Positive Psychology, and other Somatic Techniques. Therapy sessions are available in-person as well as online and our therapists accept most insurances.
